Outback Stores is seeking an Area Manager to join our Outback family.
As an Area Manager you will be able to directly share your knowledge with your team, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia.

To be successful in the role you will have:
Outback Stores desire our Area Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:
- Previous multi-site retail management experience
- Being able to deliver results, by developing and implementing local strategies
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the indigenous communities and the nutritional offering
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
