This strategic role, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, offers the unique opportunity to shape guest experiences at one of the most iconic venues in the Top End.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead the Sales and Hospitality teams to enhance and maximize bookings for a diverse array of events including conferences and race days.
• Innovate and execute compelling food and beverage strategies that elevate our offerings and drive revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture cost-effective partnerships with industry stakeholders and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
• Champion a positive organizational culture, driving team morale and fostering collaboration across multifunctional departments.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of training programs, aligning with the People & Culture team to ensure excellence across all service touchpoints.
• Implement change management strategies to refine processes, enhancing efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Commitment to flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings, particularly during our peak season from June to August.
