We are seeking a true team player interested in wellness & skin health to ensure the smooth running of our wellness spa & skin clinic , furthermore skill and experience in the delivery of spa and beauty services is considered an advantage.
- At least have 2+ years of relevant working experience as a Customer Service Manager
- Experience working in a Spa or Beauty salon is a plus
- Proficient in Google suite , emails, documents, apple computer and Iphone• Must be able to work Monday - Saturday
- Oversee, train, and empower Customer Service personnels
- Develop and review programs, strategies, and marketing plans that address and satisfy customer demands and expectations
- Excellent performance in supervising the day-to-day operation of the business in order to meet high level customer satisfaction and monthly target sales
- Devoted and passionate to delivering world-class customer experience
- Ability to manage a large number of client inquiries and ability to respond quickly to complex client situations in a professional manner
- Outstanding performance and ability to direct and support team members
- Strong in retail sales and recommendations
- Devoted to executing a premium Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google emails, calendar, documents & slides
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively
- Ability to multitask and time management
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Highly organised and able to deliver a premium Customer Service experience at high demand times
- Capable & reliable and availability to work SaturdayBeneficial
- A desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge in Business Development that includes Office Administration, Google, Social media, Online Events and Promotions.
- Certificate III Business Administration, Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy
- Career progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidateHours: Full time, Part time or casual (flexible employment arrangement)

Wages: negotiable (generous) wages dependent on skills & experience. Plus bonuses and incentives.
