The role of the South East Queensland North Area Manager is to oversee the profitability of the Service Department by providing ongoing training and support across all seven dealerships within your territory.

About the role:
- Territory covers regular travel from Brisbane to Cairns.
- Proactively manage and motivate staff to ensure labour sales and KPI’s met.
- This is a hand on role resolving customer complaints and provide training & support to managers.
- Work closely with Dealer Principal's and Group Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist with recruitment, human resources matters and workplace health and safety.
- Other duties as required.
The successful candidate:
- Demonstrated experience managing a profitable Service Department within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve, resolve customer complaints and employee concerns.
- Motorcycle industry experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to self-motivate with strong time management skills.
- Experience goal setting and planning to ensure objectives are met including budgeted outcomes.
