As an Area Manager, you will train, empower, direct and lead high performing teams across your area. Responsible for holistic area performance, people management, performance management and operational management, you will implement and manage relevant contract requirements, oversee and direct operations and lead a positive, high performing and capable team to consistently achieve key performance indicators and compliance. 

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Tamworth office, and will require regular travel to outreach sites to support team performance and operations.

We provide a range of services (contracted Government  Services, Community Services and fee for service) over a massive geographic area with our Head Office based in Inverell, NSW. We have over 200 staff members working from 20 offices across North West NSW, Far West NSW and the Darling Downs area in QLD.

About You:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and supporting a team to achieve KPIs and targets. 
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement tailored staff training and development plans. 
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role. 
  • Previous experience in budget management. 
  • Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Employment Services, Business Management and/or Leadership, and/or demonstrated extensive relevant experience.
