Dadirri Disability Services is currently seeking experienced applicants for Group Home Manager, their role will be to ensure the smooth operation of a GROUP HOME by leading and managing a small team whilst providing high quality service to our residents.
This position requires someone with exemplary time management skills, adaptability to daily routines, leadership skills fostering teamwork and works efficiently and effectively to organisational policies and procedures.
Paid as per Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Modern Award with Salary Packaging available.
Essential requirements:
- Previously worked in a supervisory role with 5 years of direct service support experience with people with disabilities
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of managing a small team
- Understanding of NDIS and NDIS Practice Standards
- NDIS Worker Screening
- First aid certificate
- NSW driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- has a sound knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated ability to complete and maintain all necessary documentation and management of staff, residents and GROUP HOME
