Hawkesbury Brewing Co is one of Australia's largest independent alcohol manufacturer's and we are looking for a true sales all-rounder, to fill the role of Area Sales Manager – Sydney Greater Metro (Sydney Metro - East, Parramatta, and Greater Western Sydney).
Reporting directly to the NSW/ACT State Sales Manager,
• Time Management - The role is 'on the road' selling and account management of independent bottle shops.
• KPI's - Work towards our overarching business KPI’s including sales, executing brand plans, and maximising promotions all to achieve the territory budget
• Business Development - Securing new business accounts as well as supporting our existing customer base by increasing product ranging and turn over.
• Advocacy - You will complete tastings/product sampling session's during work hours, Raise Brand Awareness with Events and Festivals as required.
The successful applicant will be –
• A true sales achiever, a hunter, a presenter, someone who will put in the effort and be rewarded for those efforts.
• Well Planned: the ability to create trusted relationships by maintaining frequency of customer contact. Be efficient with their time and sales reporting (excel, WhatsApp).
• Be able to deliver monthly KPI's & budgets.
• Work autonomously, highly motivated with great interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about selling, and 'won't take NO for an answer'.
• Experience in alcohol or beverage sales is welcomed but not essential - transferable skills desired: alcohol retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
• Have an Australian Drivers License
The role has a base salary of $60K

- FMCV, iPad & iPhone.
Pending performance against budget base salary will increase to $70K
