Over the past few years, our client has disrupted multiple categories within FMCG and have big plans to continue doing so. They have a strategy to invest further in NPD whilst looking at acquisition opportunities that enhance their portfolio. Attracting great people that want to make an impact as well as making a difference is a key part of the strategy and as a result they would love a Senior National Account Manager to join them and own the Woolworths portfolio across multiple categories.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director this will be a key role in the business driving profitable growth across Woolworths. It is a great opportunity for a National Account Manager to take the next step up in their career. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive growth through NPD and strategic business plans
- Lead and manage the delivery of critical processes including range reviews, category reviews and joint category plans
- Work closely with your internal operations, marketing and account teams
- Utilise data and analytics to generate category insights and accurate forecasting
- Drive a team centric, results driven culture
- Strong experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, Coles or Woolworths experience is essential
- Track record of growth and innovation
- Excellent relationship and influencing ability
- Ability to work with complex financial and economic data
- Able to grasp new concepts easily and can hit the ground running
