We would like to hear from experienced, hungry, and results-driven Area Sales Managers for our St. Marys branch. It's always an exciting time to join an established business during a growth phase - developing, nurturing, and growing that all-important client base. This is definitely a challenge that will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales; we offer a generous base salary plus superannuation, which is coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
  • Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner.
  • Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience in similar sales roles with a successful track record for achieving incredible sales results.
  • The ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation.
  • Hardworking with a results driven mentality.
  • Experience in a customer facing sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
  • The ability to plan ahead with exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Initiative, the ability to present new ideas or approach to their role embracing continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
  • A desire for longevity with their employer, turning a role into a career.
  • Current driver's license.
