- Analyse sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing effective systems and processes in the dealerships.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive buying experience and promptly addressing customer concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with dealers to enhance their satisfaction levels and maintain strong working relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales volume targets set by the company, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry.
- Previous experience working with an OEM is a must.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with dealerships and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel within Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with potential for expanded travel responsibilities.
