Our team is seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage a team of Audiologists and Client Advisors across West and North Victoria (Metro and Regional). Your demonstrated coaching and and people leadership experience will be key to the success of this role. As a key member of the Sales Management team, this role is responsible for the Area Sales growth through coaching and development of the audiology clinic teams to ensure delivery of a remarkable customer experience.

Audiology experience is not a requirement of the Area Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and support numerous initiatives that underpin our business strategy including, but not limited to:
Revenue generations and sales management
- Propose and set area budget and sales targets along with Regional and Sales Directors
- Ensure sales growth and performance development through store visits, sharing goals and monitoring KPI to support performance maximization
- Area Sales and KPIs monitoring and corrective actions implementation through Store Visits and other tools in collaboration with Retail Excellence Team.
- Support stores in customers' acquisition (Regional Marketing Initiatives, in store CRM, etc.)
- Support Area Marketing initiatives along with Marketing Team
- Lead people in the store focusing on performance development, learning needs, etc. along with Regional Directors, HR, Shop Managers, and the training team.
- Organise regular area meetings to align stores on targets, company projects, etc.
- Leverage on Store Visits to drive performance and build a capabilities developmental culture.
- Foster team spirit and collaboration in the store, driving results and motivating people
- Shared responsibility, along with Regional Directors and HR, for managing recruiting processes of Audiologists and Client Advisors.
- Manage budget and workforce planning to ensure optimal territory coverage balancing the presence of corporate stores, shop-in-shop, etc.
- Propose new stores openings and relocations within the area
- Lead the adoption and implementation of key group sales initiatives and projects at area level
- Ensure and promote company compliance such as administrative procedures, etc
- Experience in sales management and field operations
- Proven leadership experience with direct involvement in motivating teams through coaching and feedback to deliver on key sales objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and outperforming key performance indicators and sales targets.

- Financial acumen, including some experience with sales reporting and budgeting
- Ability to drive a positive people focused culture within multisite teams.
- Demonstrated skills in analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, prioritisation of tasks & proactive decision making
- Retail, Insurance or Health Care background. Audiology experience is not necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel
