About the Role
You will work closely with our valued dealer network to create customers for life and support the facilitation of growth in sales of vehicles and accessories, and ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and cohesive buying experience. You will also help to facilitate the education of dealership staff on MMAL’s goals, philosophies and programs, and develop a collaborative working partnership with all dealership staff.
Core Responsibilities
- Support dealers to manage their stock effectively through the development of a sound inventory plan, consistently reviewing and updating as appropriate
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and implement effective marketing strategies to generate customer enquiry
- Provide support and training to the dealer network on MMAL systems and policies, as well as comprehensive product education
- Develop a genuine partnership with your dealership staff based on trust, professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor overall dealer franchise compliance, and analyse customer feedback to understand their service experience
Essential Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in business studies and/or equivalent relevant and transferable experience in automotive or a related industry
- Proven track record in a achieving sales targets and working in a results-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
- Key sense of initiative, along with a high level of personal time management and organisational ability
