We are currently seeking a full-time Area Supervisor who is enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to continually contribute in a team environment while carrying out this important senior role within our business.
The primary accountability of the Area Supervisor is to be the key interface and contact between our clients and our Field Service Technicians. Focusing on excellent client service, compliance and high-quality work.
Knowledge / Experience Requirements:
- Trade Qualified
- Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to diagnose problems and determine a solution
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a similar role
- An understanding of mechanical and electronic components
- Ability to interpret parts from discussion with the client or technician
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Computer literate
- A high level of communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Key Accountabilities:
- Accurately schedule and ensure finalisation of servicing and compliance
- Ensure our Field Service Technicians carry out work in accordance to work site requirements and Australian standards as applicable
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements at all times
- Follow the rules and regulations of each specific site whilst following SCAE policies and procedures
- Undertake appropriate measures to ensure all service and maintenance records are maintained
- Responding promptly to client inquiries
- Communicating with clients and Service Technicians through various channels
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support
- Managing client enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Compiling reports for clients and Service Technicians for job completions and upcoming servicing
- Manage repair & maintenance jobs of fleet
- Liaise with the Purchasing team for the supply of parts for repair and service work
- Handle after-hours service calls and control service & repairs of equipment locally and interstate as required
- Proactively assisting other team members in achieving the company objectives
