Join us as a Yard Supervisor, where you will function as a member of a multi-skilled team supporting the performance of a variety of freight logistic tasks for the efficient and safe operation of the Brisbane Multimodal Terminal (BMT) and supervise yard operations in this team.
Passionate, skilled and great with people: here’s who we’re looking for.
- You’re a natural team player, able to work collaboratively and respectfully.
- You hold a current Australian driver’s licence, a current forklift licence and are experienced with container movements.
- You’ve worked in a freight logistics supervisory role and are comfortable delivering toolbox talks to small teams.
- You’re comfortable following processes and using computer systems.
- You’re great at building and nurturing productive relationships and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
