Art Director

How this role contributes to the bigger picture:

Working collaboratively across the Creative and Studio teams, this role will translate product and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

How you will spend your day:

• Support the Creative Manager and Studio Manager in providing clear and inspiring direction to a team of photographers, stylists and designers, ensuring the successful execution of visual elements across all marketing and product materials.
• Be on set regularly, ensuring the overarching direction set is being accurately executed.
• Govern all aspects of imagery for the business and be the conduit across the Creative, Marketing and Product teams.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the brand’s in-house visual outputs in line with overarching brand identity.
• Hold a holistic overview of all visual outputs created by the Creative and Studio team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design innovations to continually elevate the visual appeal of our brand and in-house set builds.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and creative objectives are achieved.
• Continuously optimise workflow and support the Studio Manager in allocating creative resources effectively.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the Creative and Studio team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Experience working on photoshoots either in studio or on location
• An enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
• Industry experience working with homewares or interiors
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills
