Art Director

Skills and expertise: 

Tertiary design qualification, 5-8 years art direction + graphic design experiennce, and firm understanding of print production. Knowledge of direct mail beneficial.

• This position reports directly to the Head of Design (DM + Print) and to the ECD.

• Exceptional visual communication skills 
• Experience and flair for conceptual thinking either solo or as part of a brainstorming team with a writer
• Passion for what you do

• Self-sufficient and be able to work autonomously without constant direction
• Ability to execute creative from concept to finished art across multiple channels.
• The ability to work well under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in day-to-day activities
• Confidence to present and communicate vision to others
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Working knowledge of Figma desirable but not essential)
