About the Roles
As the Assistant Store Manager; you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the store with the upper management team. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of store operations. Your upbeat demeanour and proactive approach will inspire and motivate your team of 20+
Skills and Experience
* Previous retail management experience is essential
* An agile personality with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience working with large stock volumes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
