About the RoleThe Principal Project Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of reform activities, associated with the response to the Royal Commission into Early Childhood Education and Care.
The position will lead project/s and policy development to deliver reform outcomes for OSHC in government school sites. The position will facilitate stakeholder engagement across the OSHC sector. The Principal Project Officer will be responsible for providing advice regarding OSHC reform to the Minister and Chief Executive through timely, high-quality briefings, reports and presentations.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO7: $106,512 - $115,137 per annum plus superannuation
