THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $79,017 - $84,821 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (depending on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

The Office of Industry Engagement is currently seeking a dedicated, diligent, and ethical Project Officer to join the collaborative and close-knit Curriculum Management team.
In this role, you will be analysing, researching, and assisting with the preparation of written submissions, reports, and other documentation accurately and professionally, in a timely manner. You will also be liaising with government, industry, teaching heads of departments, and other stakeholders to provide advice on current issues and trends related to training and assessment throughout vocational education sector.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to interact and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and the relevant standards that relate to VET.
- Organisational and administrative skills, and proven time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work concurrently on multiple tasks in an environment of competing demands.
- Technical competence in the use of MS Office products, internet-based software applications, and database/project management software. Skills in the use of desktop publishing software for the preparation of high-quality documentation is required.
- Relevant Degree with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant working experience.
