AddressAn exciting temporary contract (full time hours in-office) on the Adelaide fringe in a government client through until the end of 2024 with possible extension.
Close to public transport and parking nearby. Corporate open plan office with wonderful facilities.
A TAFE or University qualification in building / facilities or architectural background would be a perfect fit for this role as the work will involve reading floor plans.
If you are a customer centric individual who thrives in a busy role with extensive client and customer liaison, able to follow process, policies and regulations, have strong attention to detail and able to learn technical language (strong written communication skills) - this may be the role for you!
The role
Key aspects for the role will involve:
- Customer Service - happy to be on the phone a lot of the day providing information and assistance
- Assisting internal and external stakeholders
- Written communication to prepare forms and write professional emails
- Reviewing applications, building plans and making some calculations (Maths skills required)
- Following processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive 'can do' attitude and ability to follow directions
- Able to start immediately and commit to the contract length
- An enjoyment of working in a call centre however more complex type of role
As a casual employee, this role is paid an hourly rate with a casual loading and weekly pay.
