About the Position
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Employee Relations, the P&C Policy Lead will lead and manage the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of Human Resources policies within the People and Culture Division that support government and department objectives.
The P&C Policy Lead will provide expert advice to support high-level strategic engagement with key government and non-government stakeholders and will engage collaboratively underpinned by the development and maintenance of relationships, partnerships and networks with key stakeholders across Education, other agencies and non-government associations/stakeholders.
Qualifications
Desirable: A relevant tertiary qualification.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

ASO8: $119,317 - $123,822 per annum plus superannuation
