One that is equitable and prioritises learning and wellbeing.Together we will make our education system the best it can be.When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About the PositionReporting to the Assistant Director, Employee Relations, the P&C Policy Lead will lead and manage the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of Human Resources policies within the People and Culture Division that support government and department objectives.The P&C Policy Lead will provide expert advice to support high-level strategic engagement with key government and non-government stakeholders and will engage collaboratively underpinned by the development and maintenance of relationships, partnerships and networks with key stakeholders across Education, other agencies and non-government associations/stakeholders.QualificationsDesirable: A relevant tertiary qualification.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
