Key Purpose
You truly are the first impression and set the tone for each guest experience by offering the warmest welcome and a smooth and informative check-in ensuring that our guests feel at ease and ready to sit back and relax.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistent and professional engagement with guests, tailoring their experience where possible
- Ensure that presentation of the reception area is immaculate as well as being ’presentation perfect’ yourself
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all Aspire Lounge brands, services, and products
- To take ownership of the capacity of the lounge in line with bookings, invitations, passenger forecasts and flows
- Understand Airline contracts requirements and all channels of entry into the lounge
- Ability to work as one team with service provider contractors and internal stakeholders
- Reporting, receiving stock and billing completed accurately and on time as required
- Have a customer and team centric approach with a can do and resilient attitude

- Has a current RSA or Approved Manager level and Food Safety Handling Training etc, and be able to practice and maintain these qualifications (if required)
- Able to do tasks that range from reporting to spot cleaning and working as a team
Experience Required
- Experience in delivering premium bespoke hospitality
- General Airport or hotel front reception experience a bonus but must be eligible for an Airport ASIC (Application of an ASIC includes a national police check)
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working to a shift pattern and must be available across 24 hours / 7 days a week
