Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and event planners to design floor plans, customize catering offerings, and streamline event logistics for an exceptional guest experience.
- Efficiently convey event specifics to venue teams, facilitating seamless coordination across operations and departments.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments while managing event expenditures within agreed budgets.
- Source, manage, and nurture client and stakeholder relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices by participating in industry Events and trade shows.
- Support senior leadership with various marketing tasks, including digital marketing, market research, and project management.
- Coordinate and execute production of marketing content while adhering to quality standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and Instagram Business Tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
