The opportunity:

Are you a dynamic marketing enthusiast with a flair for event coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are celebrated? If so, we have an exciting Marketing and Events Coordinator opportunity based in our CBD offices. Your mission? To deliver exhilarating marketing campaigns and unforgettable events that drive new broker acquisition and ensure the continued engagement of our accredited broker network! You will:

  • Collaborate with our Senior Marketing and Experience Manager to develop cutting-edge marketing, communications, and Events strategies that propel Bluestone towards success.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of lending, mortgage, broker, and marketing trends, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Dive deep into understanding our borrower segments and journeys, always championing the customer experience.
  • Coordinate and deliver electrifying Marketing and brand campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
  • Be the go-to person for our Business Development Managers, providing them with the support, collateral and resources they need to shine.
  • Take charge of a calendar packed with exciting Bluestone-led, aggregator, and partner events, ensuring flawless execution and maximum impact.
  • You'll handle all the nitty-gritty details of event planning, from sourcing venues to managing invoices, with finesse and precision.
  • Updating of key documents, resources and online web pages as required 
  • BDM comms (email and sms) copywriting and scheduling

Your experience: 

You have a degree in Marketing/Communications and 2-3 years experience in a Marketing and Events role. A background in finance or corporate events is a bonus!

  • Your communication skills are exceptional, making you a master of the art of conversation.
  • Nothing escapes your eagle eye, as attention to detail is your forte.
