Job description:

Taronga Dubbo is looking for an experienced and motivated Events Coordinatorto join our Commercial Operations Team!

About the Role…

• Lead a team to portray positive communication and uphold Taronga Values
• Drive the coordination and delivery of all aspects of high-quality events
• Develop new and innovative event experiences
• Deliver best practice customer service across conferences, events and social events to promote repeat business and increase guest satisfaction ratings
• As the successful candidate you will be an extrovert and motivated to meet financial targets through innovative sales prospecting and business development.

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, passion and enthusiasm with a flair for innovation
• A proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Demonstrate understanding of current industry trends and marketing activities
• Demonstrate an ability to manage complex stakeholder relations, expectations and competing priorities
• Experience generating income through innovative sales
