The duties and responsibilities are:
Collaborate closely with the General practitioners to deliver a premier medical service and improve profitability and efficiency.
Oversee and manage day to day operations of the practice, including appointments, scheduling procedure, answering phones, and greeting patients.
The main objective of this role is to provide a high level of customer service and front desk administration, and to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage Billings (Private cover and Medicare)
- Ensure practice is up to date as required
Practice management requirements
- Prior experience in a general, specialist or allied health practice as a senior receptionist or Practice Manager.
- Detailed knowledge of Private and Medicare billings.
- Best Practice software experience.
- Able to problem solve and troubleshoot quickly.
- Must have strong computer literacy.
- Previous Experience in a Skin or General Practice environment.
- Certificate in Medical Reception/ Practice administration.
You will need to be driven, organised and able to work well in a team
Essential qualities:
- Professional appearance and well presented at all times.
- Previous medical reception experience.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional Telephone skills.
- Drivers license.
