Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an Asset Management Officer for a position with their Local Council.
About the Role
To support quality delivery of asset management services provided by the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). This will be achieved through assisting in building asset management capabilities across Council and supporting the development and delivery of the asset management projects across a wide range of asset classes.
About You
Considerable experience delivering asset information management projects.
Experience within a public sector environment, preferably within a local council (highly regarded).
Time management skills, self-motivation with the ability to remain innovative under pressure.
Ability to prioritise while working to demanding deadlines.
Research skills and a demonstrated ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
Sound written and verbal communication skills to write and / or interpret business cases, reports and other documentation.
Sound problem-solving skills in a specialist / technical environment.
Credentials and / or certification in relevant fields business management, project management, information management, engineering or similar (e.g. Cert 4 / Diploma).
Membership (or ability to attain) with relevant industry association or peak body (e.g. Asset Management Council).
