This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.As an Asset Life Cycle Analyst you will: Maintenance of current machine Life Cycle Costing data

Assist in the development of MARC / FMRA and/or CVA cost models with a construction industry focus.Feed Life Cycle cost data into Asset Management processes to assist in providing customer advice on areas to reduce their TCO and/or to assist in improving machine productivity

Perform reviews of contract terms and conditions, machine operating conditions and maintenance requirements for all contract proposals

Conduct financial reporting (Margin Evaluation) and ensure it is completed at the required times and following the established reporting and analysis standards

Perform equipment forecasting process and ensure Company business rules and system governance processes are complied with
