Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility
Employment Term: Permanent part time (minimum 45 hours per fortnight maximum 75 hours a fortnight)
Location: Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $40.45 - $52 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances
R&R allowance of $250 in addition to your fortnightly pay for 12 fortnights
Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $20,500 over 24 months (based on FTE)
If you're looking to relocate to Mackay, we can assist with an attractive relocation package of up to $5,000 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed)
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
