The Role:
As an Asset Manager, you will lead the strategic management and optimization of our client's residential and commercial asset portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation, to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for value enhancement, such as capital improvements, repositioning, and lease negotiations.
• Lead asset acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, tenants, and external partners.
• Oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management, to ensure optimal asset performance.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance portfolio resilience.
• Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to inform asset management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management within the residential and commercial real estate sector.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving value creation and optimizing asset performance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license) preferred.
