HAYNICMAR Pty Ltd T/a as Elders Insurance Mount Isa is the Elders Insurance agency in Mount Isa where we currently have opportunities for an Assistant Account Executive / Account Executive depending on experience to join our wonderful team.
This position offers you a development opportunity with potential for career progression with a leading Elders Insurance franchise. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
The role
We are looking for a new Assistant Account Executive / Account Executive to add value to our already successful team. You will be trained and mentored in company practices.
Duties will include:
- processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals, endorsements.
- office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.
- comprehensive record of notes using CRM system Salesforce.
- opportunities exist to be trained in other areas of the business including underwriting, portfolio management and claims management.
You
To be successful in this role you must be able to:
- display a knowledge of general insurance (preferred but not required – Junior’s welcome to apply)
- display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input
- have good communication skills and organisational abilities.
- obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
- obtain or hold Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance
