Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist a senior broker with the management a portfolio of SME clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.
- Assist in managing client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
- Liaise with underwriters and internal teams efficiently
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the insurance industry
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification is necessary
- Proficiency in working with commercial clients.
