About the Role:
As an Assistant Account Executive you will help with managing and servicing a portfolio of SME business clients to deliver great insurance solutions, which will include but is not limited to:
- Help manage renewals and retention of an existing portfolio
- Negotiating and processing renewals and endorsements
- Providing the highest level of customer support to your clients and management
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers
- Over 12 months general insurance experience
- Experience in general insurance product lines
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 Qualification advantageous
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment
