Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. The Assistant Account Executive will work closely with the Account Executive to develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Executive in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs and achieve business goals
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and deliverables
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients
- Occasionally attend client meetings supporting the Account Executive as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to clients
You:
- Your previous experience as an Assistant Account Executive or similar will be evident in your CV and will demonstrate your ability to be autonomous in a role.
- You will be required to hold at least a Tier 2 in General Insurance but preferably RG146 Tier 1 accreditation
- You are 1) systematic and 2) organised. Time management and prioritisation along with high attention to detail is essential to this role as you are key to the timely delivery of the services.
- You will display good problem solving skills with the aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
- A high level of computer competency along with written and verbal commination skills are essential to the operational function of this role.
