The successful candidate will be actively involved in servicing a mixed book of commercial clients.
Duties include but are not restricted to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in assisting a portfolio of SME and Corporate clients across a broad range of industries.
- Sourcing and processing renewal quotes
- Quoting new business
- Placing cover through an online platform
- Assisting clients with inquiries
- Processing endorsements and cancellations
- Liaising with underwriters
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Assist with claims as required
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
You will have at least 6-12 months experience as a broker support and be looking to continue a long-term career in the insurance industry. Additionally, you will possess the following:
- Tier 2 qualified (or willing to work towards - the business is happy to look after this for you)
- Client focused with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
- Ability to work and solve problems autonomously.
- Process oriented, organised and structured with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication are also essential to this role.
