BCB’s dedicated team of more than 90 employees now manages insurance policies for over 22,000 bodies corporate across Australia. Using our significant strata broking and claims management expertise, we’re recognised as subject matter experts and have an enviable reputation as a broker of choice.

We believe it’s people that make a business successful. And as part of our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a new Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic and welcoming team.

What you’ll do

• Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations
• Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process
• Confidently and effectively communicate with team members, customers, BCMs and underwriters
• Contribute to BCB’s business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business

What you’ll bring

• Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.

• Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.

We’d really like it if you also have: 

• Strata insurance experience
• Tier 2 RG146
• Minimum 12+ months’ experience in a financial services role
• Experience with Microsoft programs
