We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team 22.5 hours per week to assist this growing advice business with our day to day accounting needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Xero general ledger maintenance including preparation of various account reconciliations monthly.
- Regular reconciliations bank accounts
- Complete end to end supplier management.
- Preparing of supplier payment in accordance with company policy
- Attending to Supplier related communications via email /telephone with all key stake holders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with GST
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Xero experience preferred
