This is a full time in office position working in a strong progressive engineering business on Sydney Northern beaches.
- Accounts receivable and payable including purchase orders
- Invoice customers
- Bank reconciliations, including posting journals
- Finance reporting
- Handle customer communication including pricing and quotes
- General administration and office duties
- Handle phone calls
You will have
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Priority software knowledge a plus but not required
- Experience in administration and accounts within an office environment
