Assistant Accountant

Constructiv Accounting specialises in providing 3 Way Forecasting, Management Accounting, BAS Agent and Bookkeeping services to SME's in a wide variety of industries. In response to an exciting period of growth, Constructiv is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant.

This role provides exposure to a variety of industries and accounting practices, as well as a fun and relaxed working environment.

This role will be responsible for the following tasks for a number of clients in a variety of industries: 

• Preparing Weekly Cashflow Forecasts
• Preparing Month End Journals
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Assisting with the Preparation of 3 Way Forecasts
• Assisting with the Preparing Monthly Management Reports
• BAS Agent Services
• Bookkeeping / Transactional Services

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Degree level business qualification (or working towards)
• Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant or in an Accounts role
• A proactive, practical and well organised approach, with attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
