Responsibilities/Tasks
- All aspects of the accounts receivable function (call customers, record keeping)
- Process payroll & record maintenance
- General accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Support Company Accountant
- Support accounts payable
- Other ad-hoc finance team work
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities of the customers.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Degree qualification in finance/accounting or equivalent.
- Previous experience in payroll preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate MS office skills (specially Excel)
- ERP experience preferred.
