Due to our rapid growth we are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our busy finance team at our Fremantle Head Office on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Perform month end closing tasks, such as accruals, prepayments, adjustments as required
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Preparing and analysing revenue and expenditure data including detailed variance analysis
- Preparation of weekly subcontractor reports, including inputting and coding invoices for Accounts Payable
- Payroll related tasks such as annual/long service leave provisions and various month end journals. Posting weekly payroll journal into SAP
- Loan and Right-of-use management and reconciliation
- Management of corporate credit card expenditure and statement reconciliation
- Assistance posting revenue daily into SAP
- Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation between all Medlog / MSC entities
- Assisting with statutory obligations including annual FBT return
- Other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
- Support for Financial Controller / Senior Corporate Accountant as required
- Support for accounts payable and receivable functions where required
