We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our Finance Team in the role of Assistant Accountant - Accounts Receivable Officer. The position will be responsible for supporting the the delivery of finance and accounting practices and procedures as directed by the Business Manager. The role is operation in nature and will also be responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable including the collection of outstanding fees, addressing customer and employee queries and performing reconciliations.
The successful candidate will:

- Have the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide a high quality customer service experience for all stakeholders
- Have effective communication skills
- Be confidential, discrete and have sound judgement
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission
This is a full time, ongoing position and is classified as a Education Support Officer, Category C with employment conditions as per CEMEA Agreement (2022).
