The Support People are looking for a Rostering and Administrator superstar to join our team in either Bendigo.
The position is Part Time and you must be available on Fridays.

The Rostering & Administration Assistant is a key support role for the delivery of our NDIS Participant services and plays an integral part in ensuring our participants receive an exceptional experience.
You will:
• Fulfill the day-to-day rostering requirements
• Provide accurate support information and shift details to ensure support workers can perform their role.
• Ensure the accurate entry of shifts, leave and mileage into the CRM rostering tool.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Prepare and coordinate Participant Service Agreements.
• Administer the client intake process.
• Provide timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.
• Perform high quality administrative duties in a high-volume environment.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position.
What you will need:
• Experience in rostering or scheduling high volumes of services utilising electronic rostering systems.
• A motivated self-starter who takes pride in providing exceptional service and support.
• A willingness to learn.
• Friendly personable demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the mathematical ability to calculate costs of services.
• On the job training specific to NDIS can be provided.

NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
• Working with Children's Check
• Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’, and provision of a copy of the certificate of completion.
• Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission " New Worker NDIS Induction Module ", and provision of a copy of the certificate of completion.
