All sales are supported by a supply chain, customer and accounts service team that ensure the OzCrop range of products are efficiently distributed throughout Australia from our 9 warehouses. We have a strong national footprint with sales positions currently in place right across Australia.
Qualifications & experience
- Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in Agriculture Chemicals, FMCG or product related company will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent commutation skills and eager to learn
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritise multiple competing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and Office suite
- Mandarin is preferred but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process daily operation AP invoices and credit notes, statement verification.
- Handle processing of AR and collections.
- Monitor collections from clients on a weekly basis.
- Maintain vendor master data, including creating, updating info in SAP
- Maintain fixed assets in SAP, including setup, purchases, depreciation, and disposal.
- Reconcile and manage cost price and margin data
- Processing new customer account applications, trading reference check
- Handle staff reimbursement claims promptly and accurately.
- Reconciling Credit Card Payments
- Inter-company monthly reconciliation
- Liaise with HQ in terms of preparation of revised contracts for payment discount.
- Month- end stock reconciliation
- Assist in preparing weekly sales reports.
- Assist in preparing weekly fund budget.
- Provide backup support to Controller for financial tasks.
- Assist in annual audit.
- Assist in annual budget preparation.
- Provide ERP support for accounting purposes and assist with process improvement.
- Backup support for Customer Service
- Maintain company general emails, filing and take actions accordingly.
- Filing all the sales, shipping documents and all other relevant documentation
