Media/ Marketing Industry - Permanent - Fully working from office - Alexandria

Your New Role
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain records of payables and reconcile accounts.
- Manage client billing and invoicing.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain credit control.
- Update contact information and track interactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collect and process employee timesheets.
- Collaborate with project managers to allocate hours correctly.
- Able to work fully in office based in Australia
- Experience Xero desired
- Have exposure to working with high profile clients
- Advanced/ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and organise.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written
