Illawarra Toyota is currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time Assistant Pre-delivery Manager to join our team. If you are a self starter, energetic and highly motivated we would like to hear from you.
The position involves (but not limited to):
- Inspection and check-in all new vehicles entering the dealership, including the filling out of paperwork
- Organising with external companies the booking of work (tray fitment, panel work, painting, tyre fitment, transport via car carrier)
- Obtaining quotes for damaged vehicles and organising repairs
- Organisation of car storage holding area and key lockboxes (for over 400+ vehicles)
- Ordering of stationary and supplies for the Pre-delivery office and department
- Ordering and tracking usage of chemicals and detailing supplies for multiple departments
- Assisting the Manager with administrative work (emails, phone calls), data entry, scheduling and allocation of work to employees, raising repair orders and purchase orders
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filled correctly upon vehicle arrival
- Moving of new and used vehicles around the dealership
- Quality control of employees' work
- Some heavy lifting (20kg chemicals, boxes of service manuals)
The successful applicant must possess:
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Computer literacy
- Comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles in tight spots
