We are looking for an Assistant Pre-Delivery Manager to join the team at Lander Toyota.
This position is responsible for assisting the PD Manager with all of the day to day activities of the department in a professional, customer focused; efficient manner.
You will be required to:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of new vehicles to dealership staff in preparation for vehicle delivery to our guests.
- Upon vehicle delivery, the vehicle must satisfy dealership and manufacture presentation guidelines that aim to exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Assist with the quality check for cleanliness to ensure all accessories are fitted in the approved manner.
- Complete paperwork accurately and confirm delivery of vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are booked into stock in a timely and accurate manner on arrival form Toyota
- Pick up and deliver any stock as directed by the Manager
- Communicate with all employees within Pre-Delivery and Dealership departments
- invoicing/closing job cards when vehicle complete
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Previous strong track the automotive industry
- Customer service focused
- Computer skills required.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to deal with senior management
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Manual driving license
- You will need to be professionally presented , energetic , enthusiastic to learn and able to communicate well with your team and other departments at Lander Toyota
