Position Title: Head Chef - Harriett at Hubert Estate (Weddings and Events)

Hubert Estate is a new hospitality venue, sitting on one of the oldest properties in the Yarra Valley. We opened the doors 2 years ago to a 300-guest restaurant, 200-guest event space, 150-guest cellar door, art gallery, and a large outdoor amphitheatre, surrounded by vineyards. The business hosts a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional growth, and we strive to upskill and develop our team for longevity and success into the future.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, to take the lead in our events kitchen. We hope to find someone who will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards in Harriett, in accordance with expectations set by our Executive Chef.
