The Position
Our Collins Street Boutique is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager - Full Time. This is a fantastic opportunity showcase your skillset and work closely with the Boutique Manager to continue to grow the Store and the Longchamp Brand.
Alongside a Team of 6, you will support the Boutique Manager by supporting in delivery of the Store objectives, operational activities, team training, CRM, and achievement of Sales Targets.
The position will require working Sunday - Thursday.
About You:
You are an experienced retailer, Supervisor / ABM, are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a retail store environment
- An ability to demonstrate your success in driving and meeting performance objectives
- Support to the Boutique Manager, multi-tasking in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge
- The ability to coach, develop and engage a Team
- Capability to work independently using your initiative to solve problems as they arise
- Demostrated experience and success in CRM
- Experience in reporting and collaborating across the company
- All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and result-driven individual that is respected by your peers and customers for your leadership, ethics, empathy and value you add.
